仕事内容

東京都内で、外国人を雇う企業向けの社宅仲介です。取引のある法人から紹介された従業員の住まいを整えます。相手はすでに会社経由でつながっている方です。知らない会社へ電話をかけ続ける働き方ではありません。 一日の流れは、条件の聞き取り、候補の整理、現地での案内です。駅までの距離、買い物のしやすさ、間取りなど、会社の決まりと本人の希望を突き合わせて提案します。案内は現地で待ち合わせることが多い、という掲載です。入社後しばらくは先輩に同行し、そのあと一人で動く、という育成の記載があります。 勤務は朝から夕方までです。休憩があります。残業の幅は月によって違います。休みは週に2日が基本で、シフトです。繁忙期は例外がある、という掲載です。試用期間があります。転勤の記載はありません。通勤の実費と社会保険、賞与の記載があります（詳細は選考時）。 給与は月例で、25万円前後です。内訳の端数は公開しません。 日本国内にお住まいの方が対象です。国籍による制限はありません。性別による制限もありません。いま働ける在留資格がある方が対象です。技術・人文知識・国際業務や、就労の制限が少ない身分系などを想定します。社名は選考の段階でお伝えします。 許可が取れるかは、申請者、就労先、過去の申請履歴など様々な要件で決まるので、100％取得できるわけではありません。

This Tokyo role is corporate housing intermediation for companies that employ foreign staff. You arrange homes for employees introduced by existing corporate clients. The people you meet already come through their company. It is not door-to-door work or cold calling unknown firms. A typical day is hearing conditions, shortlisting homes, and walking the property. You match the company's rules with the person's needs — commute, shops nearby, layout — and then propose options. Meetings are often at the building. The listing describes shadowing a senior colleague first, then working on your own. Hours run from morning into the evening, with a break. Overtime varies by month.
