仕事内容

東京を起点に、催事会場で調理と接客を担当する正社員の募集です。仕込み、加熱、盛付けなどの調理と、案内、注文伺い、提供、代金の受け取りなどの接客が中心です。最初の数か月は都内の店舗で研修し、そのあと催事の現場を任せる、という記載があります。出張は数週間単位で、国内の会場を回る想定です。 勤務はシフトです。朝から夜までの枠のなかで実働8時間、休憩があります。週の休みは2日が基本です。まかないと通勤費の支給、社会保険の記載があります。試用期間があり、そのあいだの月例は本採用と異なります。 給与は月例です。基本と一律の手当を足した見出しがあり、売上に応じた上乗せの記載もあります。公開では桁を粗くしています。 応募は、日本国内にお住まいで、すでに特定技能（外食業）をお持ちの方に限ります。外食業の特定技能は、いま海外から新たに呼び寄せる認定が進みにくい状況です。この求人では新規の在留資格取得を雇用主が約束していません。社名は選考の段階でお伝えします。当グループへの在留相談は、採用が決まったあとに別途可能です。

Job description

Full-time role based in Tokyo: cooking and guest service at event venues. Duties cover prep, heating, plating, greeting guests, taking orders, serving, and receiving payment. The sheet says the first months are training at a Tokyo shop, then the person runs the event kitchen and service. Travel is in multi-week blocks to venues in Japan. Work is shift-based. Within a morning-to-evening window the day is eight hours plus a break. Two days off per week is the usual pattern. The sheet lists a staff meal, commuting pay, and social insurance. A probation period uses a different monthly amount than after confirmation. Pay is monthly. The source headline combines a base amount and a flat allowance, and notes a sales-linked extra. We publish a coarser range. Applications are limited to people who already live in Japan and already hold Specified Skilled Worker status in food service. New overseas sponsorship (certificate of eligibility) for this field is not moving in the usual way, and this role does not promise a new status. The employer name is shared at selection.
