仕事内容

長崎県内の眼科医院で、来院された方の受付を担うフルタイムの募集です。窓口での応対、会計、電話、院内の案内と誘導が中心です。医院の環境を整えるための軽い清掃も仕事に含まれます。手術を多く扱う医院で、予約の枠に沿って外来が進む、という記載があります。残業は少ない、という掲載です。 勤務は朝から夕方までです。休憩があります。休みは土日と祝日が基本で、年間の休日は120日台という掲載があります。水曜は手術の日です。公式の案内では土曜は休診です。媒体によっては土曜午前の記載が残っていますが、古い可能性があります。通勤の実費支給と駐車場、社会保険の記載があります。試用期間があります。契約の長さは、期間の定めがある掲載と、正社員の掲載が並んでいます。賞与の記載がある掲載もあります（採用から一定期間のあと。詳細は選考時）。 給与は月例で、25万円以上です。詳細は選考のときに確認します。 応募には、日本語N2以上と、パソコンでWordおよびExcelが使えることが必要です。国籍による制限はありません。日本国内にお住まいで、いま働ける在留資格がある方が対象です。 在留は、技術・人文知識・国際業務や、就労の制限が少ない身分系など、いま働ける資格がある方を想定します。医療事務・受付だけの特定技能分野はありません。新しい在留の取得を雇用主が約束している記載はありません。社名は選考の段階でお伝えします。

Full-time reception role at an eye clinic in Nagasaki Prefecture. The work is greeting patients, checkout, phone calls, and guiding people inside the clinic. Light cleaning is part of the job. The clinic handles many surgeries and runs outpatient care on reserved slots. Listings say overtime is uncommon. Hours run from morning into the evening, with a break.
