Job description

This role keeps security and surveillance camera installations working reliably at customer sites. Day-to-day work blends on-site checks when video or alerts look off, light troubleshooting or adjustments with senior backup, and office-side coordination and reporting. You are expected to ramp over months, learning product rules and safe workflows before working independently. Hours are daytime-centric; the posting frames limited night work or extended travel. Weekends/holidays off with roughly ~120 annual days off, and the company signals efforts to curb overtime.
