仕事内容

Job description

Full-time care-staff opening at a geriatric health services facility in Saitama (Urawo / Sakura-ku area). Applications are limited to residents of Japan. We target candidates with practical experience in care or welfare settings; this role is not aimed at first-time entrants to the field. Duties include physical care (bathing, meals, excretion support), monitoring, documentation, and handovers. Shift work including night shifts may be required depending on the unit. Hours & days off: shift system; annual days off often exceed 100; two days off per week on average is typical (confirm at hiring). Languages: we welcome candidates who can use Indonesian, Burmese, or Vietnamese at business level in the workplace (one of the three is sufficient). This describes language ability, not a nationality requirement. Pay & benefits: monthly pay varies by qualification and allowances; bonuses and raises follow employer rules. Social insurance (employment, workers' comp, health, employees' pension) applies; training and commute options (e.g. car) follow internal policies.
