仕事内容

千葉県内の介護医療院における、ケアスタッフ（正社員）の募集です。ご応募は日本国内に在住の方に限ります。介護・福祉現場での実務経験をお持ちの方を対象としており、未経験からの入職は想定していません。 要介護の方に対し、療養上の管理のもとで介護・機能訓練・日常生活上の世話などを行う施設・各部門での勤務を想定しています。【勤務形態】早番・日勤・遅番・夜勤などのシフト制です（各シフトの時間帯は選考時に案内）。残業が発生する場合があります。休日はシフトに準じ、年間休日は100日台後半程度の水準である例もあります（年度・配属により変動）。 【給与・手当】月給はおおよそ24万円前後を起点とする帯に、夜勤・日曜祝日・住宅手当などが加算される整理です。寮の利用がある場合は別途規定による自己負担があります（光熱費等）。昇給・賞与の取扱いは会社規程に準じます（月給への分割織込み型の説明があるタイプ）。社会保険（健康・厚生年金・介護・雇用・労災）への加入、資格取得支援、グループ内の医療機関利用に関する補助制度などが案内される場合があります。 【補助言語】インドネシア語・ミャンマー語・ベトナム語のいずれかを、職場でのコミュニケーションにビジネスレベルでお使いいただける方を歓迎します（国籍・出身地の限定として記載するものではありません）。 【外国籍の方】主に特定技能（介護）での就労を想定するケースが多い職種です。在留資格・登録支援機関業務・評価試験まわりは、当グループ（登録支援機関・行政書士）にご相談いただけます。 ※募集条件・金額は変更されることがあります。最新の条件は書面・面談時にご確認ください。

Job description

Full-time care staff at a kaigo medical care facility within Chiba Prefecture. Applications are limited to residents of Japan. We target candidates with practical experience in care or welfare settings; this role is not aimed at first-time entrants to the field. Duties include nursing care, functional training, and daily-life support under medical supervision at the facility and related departments. Shifts include early, day, late, and night patterns; overtime may occur. Days off follow the shift system; annual days off may reach the high 100s depending on the fiscal year. Pay starts roughly in the low JPY 240,000s/month with additions for night work, Sundays/holidays, and housing where eligible. Dormitory use may be available with employee cost share. Social insurance applies; qualification support and group medical benefits may be offered. Languages: we welcome candidates who can use Indonesian, Burmese, or Vietnamese at business level in the workplace (one of the three is sufficient). This describes language ability, not a nationality requirement. Foreign nationals: roles often align with Specified Skilled Worker (nursing care).
