仕事内容

神奈川県内のグループホームおよび小規模多機能型の拠点における、ケアスタッフ（正社員）の募集です。ご応募は日本国内に在住の方に限ります。介護福祉士の資格をお持ちの方を対象としており、国籍は問いません。 認知症ケアを中心とした少人数の暮らしの支援を想定しています。施設が複数ある案内があり、勤務時間は拠点により異なります。 【勤務】変形労働時間の説明があります。日勤は短時間帯、夜勤は長時間帯（休憩あり）の例が示されています。年間休日は110日台前半の説明です。夜勤回数の目安があります。 【給与】月給は20万円台半ばからの帯です。賞与は年2回で、基本給の数ヶ月分という実績の説明があります。昇給の案内があります。外部の副業は不可で、同一法人内の別拠点での勤務相談があるタイプです。寮・住宅手当の案内はありません。 【選考】面接は1回。対面が基本で、オンラインは相談可の説明です。施設見学の案内があります。 【外国籍の方】在留資格は選考時に確認します。当グループへの相談は別途可能です。雇用主によるビザ取得の約束は求人票上では確認できていません。 ※条件は変わることがあります。最新は選考時にご確認ください。

Job description

Full-time care staff at group homes and small-scale multifunctional facilities in Kanagawa. Applications are limited to residents of Japan. A certified care worker qualification is required.
