仕事内容

東京都内のユニット型特別養護老人ホームにおける、ケアスタッフ（正社員）の募集です。ご応募は日本国内に在住の方に限ります。介護福祉士の資格をお持ちの方を対象としており、国籍は問いません。 特養およびショートステイでの介護、送迎、日常生活の支援、レクリエーション、外出支援、日常の機能訓練や健康管理、看取り期のケアなどをお任せする想定です。身体介助と自立支援、生きがいづくりの企画にも関わります。 【勤務】早番・日勤・遅番は実働8時間（休憩あり）。夜勤は別シフトで応相談の案内があります。休日は4週8休以上の説明があり、希望休の相談ができるタイプです。 【給与・住まい】月給は30万円前後からの帯です。住宅手当や寮の案内があります（利用条件・自己負担は選考時）。副業は可能な説明です。社会保険・退職金・社員食などの案内があります。 【外国籍の方】在留資格の確認は選考時です。当グループ（登録支援機関・行政書士）への相談は別途可能です。雇用主によるビザ取得の約束は、求人票上では確認できていません。 ※条件は変わることがあります。最新は選考時にご確認ください。

Job description

Full-time care staff at a unit-type special nursing home in Tokyo. Applications are limited to residents of Japan. A certified care worker qualification is required. Nationality is not restricted. Duties include care in the nursing home and short-stay, transport support, daily-life assistance, recreation, outings, routine functional training and health support, and end-of-life care. Shifts include early, day, and late patterns (about eight working hours plus break). Night shifts may be arranged. Days off are described as at least eight per four weeks. Pay starts around JPY 300,000/month. Housing allowance or dormitory may be available. Side jobs are described as allowed. Social insurance and other benefits may apply.
