仕事内容

【このお仕事の概要】 東京都新宿区本社勤務の正社員ポジションです。アパートメントホテル等の宿泊施設における「開業進行PM」として、企画から開業、開業後の改善までプロジェクト全体をリードします。空間設計と宿泊DX（ITを活用した運営設計）を組み合わせた新規案件が続くチームで、一棟一棟に異なるコンセプトの施設立ち上げに携われます。転勤はありません（現場は案件により都内・近郊など）。 【主な業務】 ・開業に向けたスケジュール策定・工程管理（PM業務全般） ・オーナー・クライアント折衝、許認可申請の段取り、現場調整 ・世界観に基づく空間・体験設計の推進（内装・動線・サービス設計の調整） ・設計・建築・インテリア・クリエイティブ・飲食など専門家チームの編成・ディレクション ・開業後の稼働立ち上げ・運営改善のサポート　など 【勤務時間・休日】 ・10:00〜19:00（実働8時間・休憩1時間） ・月9〜10日休み（シフト制。土日休みの選択など柔軟な休みの組み合わせが可能な場合あり） ・祝日休み、年末年始・夏季休暇、有給休暇、慶弔・産育休など（制度詳細は選考時確認） 【給与・待遇の目安】 ・月給40万円以上（固定残業代40時間分を含む。超過分は別途支給） ・実際の残業は月15〜20時間程度の目安（媒体記載・個人差あり） ・賞与年2回、交通費支給、社会保険完備、研修・資格取得支援 ・試用期間あり（条件詳細は選考時確認） 【求められる方・歓迎】 ・PM経験者（ホテル業界未経験でも、建築・不動産・イベント等のPM経験があれば歓迎） ・宿泊事業への関心が高く、企画から形にする仕事にやりがいを感じる方 ・PC業務（スプレッドシート・工程表・資料作成）が得意な方歓迎 ・海外経験・多言語スキルがある方歓迎 ご応募は日本国内在住の方を想定しています。 就労可能な在留資格をお持ちの方（日本人の配偶者等、永住者の配偶者等、定住者、永住者、日本国籍、技人国ビザ）。 ビザ（在留資格）の新規取得・変更の申請サポートは行いません。必要な手続き・費用はご本人負担となります。 条件・待遇は変更されることがあります。最新情報は選考時にご確認ください。

Job description

【Overview】 Full-time opening PM based at head office in Shinjuku, Tokyo. You will lead lodging projects from planning through opening and post-opening improvement—combining spatial design with lodging DX (tech-enabled operations). Each property has its own concept. No relocation; site work depends on the project (often Tokyo area). 【Main duties】 Opening schedules and timeline management; owner/client coordination; permit applications; on-site coordination; spatial and guest-experience design coordination; direction of design, construction, interior, creative, and F&B specialists; post-opening launch support. 【Hours & holidays】 10:00–19:00 (8 hours worked, 1-hour break). About 9–10 days off per month (shift-based; weekend-off patterns may be available). Public holidays, seasonal leave, paid leave (details at selection). 【Pay & benefits (indicative)】 From JPY 400,000/month including fixed overtime for 40 hours; excess paid separately. Typical overtime around 15–20 hours/month. Bonus twice yearly, commuting allowance, social insurance, training support. Probation period may apply (details at selection). 【Who we welcome】 PM experience required (hotel industry not mandatory—construction, real estate, events, etc. welcome); interest in building new lodging concepts; strong PC/document skills; overseas experience welcome.
